Sam has demonstrated dedication and service to the livestock industry in Arizona as well as to our youth. He has made the U of A Food Product and Safety Laboratory a great teaching tool and research demonstration facility for livestock producers in Arizona. By revamping the Meat Store, he has brought visibility and awareness to the U of A. In addition, he seems to be running the facility at a profit.
