Update -NM: 65 head of cattle gunned down in CBD lawsuit settlement
65 head of cattle shot from a helicopter in New Mexico appear to have been gunned down by the US Forest Service under pressure from the Center for Biological Diversity, with whom the agency reached a settlement agreement.
