USFWS: Grazing “not likely to adversely modify” Jaguar critical habitat

The US Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) has issued a Biological and Conference Opinion concurring with the Coronado National Forest that livestock grazing “may affect but is not likely to adversely modify” the recently designated jaguar critical habitat areas within the Coronado National Forest.
