Border Rancher Jim Chilton testifies on Border Security 2/27/2020

On February 27, 2020, Arivaca border rancher Jim Chilton provided  written testimony on border security to the U.S. House Committee on Homeland Security.

The border wall turns into a 4-strand barbed wire fence. That cattle fence marks the next 25 miles of the international boundary between the United States and Mexico.
